Are Page by Page fragrances gendered?
No. Our fragrances are not defined by gender and are designed to be unisex.
Can Mood Cap be used as both head and base caps?
Most Mood Caps head and base caps are interchangeable, except for designs with uneven surfaces, which cannot be used as base caps.
Order Information
How can I track my order?
To check the status of your order, log in to your account and go to the "Orders" page. You'll find a list of all your orders along with their current status, such as "Processing," "Shipped," or "Completed."
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal scent preference.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and an unedited unboxing video.
Approved claims will be issued as store credit to your customer account, not cash refunds.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery.
Please include an unboxing video of the sealed package, shipping label, and order receipt. Once verified, eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Information
How does shipping work?
Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected courier. After your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order, as we are unable to change, redirect, or resend packages once they have been dispatched.
